Credit Card/Debit Card Secure Payment.

During the order process you will be transferred to a secure payment site, where you will be asked to fill in your card details. The company we use to handle our credit card transactions is one used by many major retailers, banks and airlines. We accept MasterCard/Maestro, VISA and American Express* and our payment system also supports ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ transactions. Your payment will be authorised while you are online so that you know immediately whether or not your order has been accepted, and at all times your card details will be handled in a secure environment.

‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ are an extra level of security for buying online which may be provided by your credit card company. If this is the case, during the order process you may be transferred to your credit card issuer’s website to fill in extra details such as a password and your date of birth or social security number. This ensures that only the card holder is able to place an order online. 

*American Express payments may only be made in euros and dollars.

 

Bank Payments

If you prefer not to pay by credit card, you can pay us through the banking system. This can be in euros to our Dutch ABN AMRO bank account, in pounds to our British Halifax bank account, or in US dollars to our Bank of America account.

An invoice with bank account details, including numbers and codes required for international bank payments, will be sent to you by email with your order confirmation. All transaction charges must be paid by the payee. When your bank payment has been received your order will be sent out as soon as possible thereafter.

If you prefer not to make payments or send details through the internet, you can phone us with your order. You may then pay by either bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
