For these orders shipment is sometimes by courier service. Either way, you will be required to sign for receipt of your order, so please use a delivery address where you will be available. Occasionally orders with less than 6 DVD’s are also sent by courier, however, no extra charge will be made. We offer an Expedited shipping service to U.S. addresses only (excluding PO Box, non-mainland, Alaskan and armed services addresses). If it is important that you receive your order quickly, please use this service. Please leave a telephone number. For non-U.S. addresses, please see the links to our International Websites, at the bottom of the About Us page. For some countries in Europe there are options available for quicker shipping. The ‘Wholesale Shipping’ selection is for trade purchases. Please use the Retail menu button for more details about wholesale and retail sales.
Shipping Policy
We usually ship DVD orders on the same or next day as your order comes in and our aim is to always send out items within 2 working days. Where it is not possible to ship within this time frame, we will amend the estimated time for the relevant products to reflect the current situation. These "dispatched within" times can be found on the product information pages. *Most of the DVD’s we sell are now shipped from both Europe and the United States. DVD’s which can currently only be shipped from Europe are the PAL-only titles: Ambient TV Jukebox and Ambient Relaxation. Where an order contains an item which can only be shipped from Europe, please bear in mind that the delivery estimate for the U.S. will be 5 to 14 working days. Expedited shipping is not possible for items sent from Europe. Where expedited shipping has been chosen for ineligible orders these will be sent out as soon as possible by normal post. No refund will be offered. An indication of postage times are: 1 to 5 business days for the U.K. 3 to 8 business days for all other countries in Europe  3 to 7 business days for the U.S. 3 to 5 business days for Canada Up to 28 working days for the rest of the World Please be advised that for extremely remote islands and territories, and areas where an air mail service is not available, delivery can take up to 8 weeks. Please note that delivery times can be longer than the above estimates, especially during holiday periods, and the owners of this site cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages occurred should this happen. Delivery times for the Expedited service to U.S. addresses is 2 to 3 working days. On rare occasions it may not be possible to ship from the part of the world which is closest to you and deliveries will therefore take slightly longer. If this happens we will try to keep you informed of any possible delays. Claims for lost packages cannot be made until 28 days after the estimated delivery time has elapsed. This Shipping Policy does not effect your statutory rights. We retain the right to alter this Shipping Policy. If we do so we will amend the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Video Footage
Video footage will be sent out within 3 working days. Shipping is by courier, so please leave a contact telephone number. The shipping address must be a physical address (not a post box). Shipping times for most countries are estimated at 5 working days.
Countries shipped to
We ship DVD’s all over the world, however, shipments to an address outside Europe, the U.S. or Canada are not guaranteed unless a registered shipping option has been chosen.
Taxes
All the DVD prices shown on this website are INCLUDING sales tax. Customers are responsible for complying with any importation regulations which may apply in their own country, and for any local duty that may be due.
