RETURNS POLICY

We pride ourselves on our good customer service and wish to make purchasing from us both simple and satisfactory. If you find you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us so that we may try and resolve the situation. 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Any items we’ve sent out incorrectly, or which have been damaged in transit, may be returned to us, with any seals intact, within 30 days of receipt. If goods are found to be faulty, you have the right to return them within a reasonable time.


As soon as you realize that you will have to return an item, please email us, and we will arrange to send you a replacement.

Returning items.

When returning any item, please pack it securely, in the original packing where possible. State clearly why you are returning the item, quote your order number (written on your order confirmation email), and include your name and address. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items.

Please send an email to us first before returning any item.

Cooling-off period.

After receiving your order, if you find you have changed your mind about the sale, by law you have the right to return any item to us within 7 working days of the day after the date the item has been delivered to you. Please note, however, that this rule does not apply to any DVDs, CDs and CD-ROMs where the item has been unsealed. As soon as you know you want to take advantage of the cooling-off period, please email us stating this. We will then arrange a replacement or refund. 

Please note: Refunds will only be made if DVD’s are damaged or faulty or if you are taking advantage of the cooling-off period. We do not issue refunds if items do not arrive on time for a planned event, or take longer to arrive than the estimated delivery times. An email must be sent to us before returning any item. On some DVD’s you may notice a momentary freeze frame. This is not an error but is due to the laser repositioning on the disk. As our site clearly states which DVD videos are PAL only, refunds cannot be made in cases of player incompatibility. In these cases every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement DVD.
